I often hear my friends say they can’t wear mismatching prints together, but I am so excited to share that I teamed up with Parker to show you that YES, YOU DEFENITLY CAN!!! Mixing prints is one of the easiest ways to transition your wardrobe throughout the seasons. I started the “One Parker Pieces Three Ways” shoot with the Cherise Combo dress. Floral prints for fall have been one of my favorite go-tos this season, especially because the weather has been so beyond gorgeous out! The trick to rocking fall floral trend is sticking with darker jewel tones as the base of the piece. That way you can rock your flower prints all the way into the deep winter months without feeling like you’re transitioning into spring.
I then paired the Cherise dress with the leopard Vera bomber jacket. In my opinion, leopard will never go out of style! I tend to see most people pair leopard with black on black or black and white looks, which is always I fabulous look, but if you are trying to go for that extra pizzazz try matching it with a contrasting print like I did above. Leopard is the perfect pattern to bring out the fun flare in any look. The BEST part about it is that you can transition it from work to the weeken” by adding a white bootie like I did above. When it comes to my personal style, II try to always put together looks that you can wear throughout the day without changing into your “nighttime outfit.” If all you have to pack with you throughout the day is a pair of heeled booties, instead of an entire outfit change you are golden!
Next, I added the Beven star knit sweater as an extra layer of sparkle. Stars are seemingly all the rage this season, so why not layer it on top of one of my personal favorite prints?! This definitely brings a little more of a preppy vibe to the full outfit, and I’m very into it! I often am asked how to describe my style, and I ALWAYS alter between preppy chic and boho trendy. I tried to show how within the three Parker pieces above you can really pull off both styles flawlessly!
I know I’ll be rocking all three Parker pieces together at once throughout the cooler months, and I hope this inspires you to at least mix at match two prints together!!
