FALL FEVER

I wanted to shoot this fall look before the all the leaves fall. This is my day to day classic fall look minus the heels of course! I am always running through the city like a crazy woman, so layering is key. Lately, the weather in NYC has been notorious for changing at the drop of a hat.  

Most of my favorite contemporary brands have been showcasing a suede moto jacket look this fall! Moto jackets are my absolute favorite because they give off that high fashion feel without looking too edgy, like a leather moto jacket does. Don’t get me wrong I always love a good leather jacket, but I find the suede makes the outfit look more feminine.

In the look above I paired one of my Zara moto jackets with a brand new Blank NYC knit turtleneck. The jacket is also relatively new, however with Zara the looks go in and out within weeks of each other. BUT don't worry because I linked a bunch of jackets that are in the same style suede above! One of my favorite trends this season is the chunky turtleneck. I have styled a few on the blog, but this Blank NYC one has to take the cake. The color is perfect, and the price is just right. Blank NYC is a brand I have been following for years. The brand takes a lot of the high fashion trends of the moment and makes more affordable items  following the same style.

I’m hoping that ill still be able to get a few more looks in with the leaves, but if not I’ll be waiting for snow! :)
