What is clean beauty? And why is it all the rage?

Clean Beauty is defined by products that are mindfully created and produced without any proven or suspected toxic ingredients. Clean Beauty products include ingredients ethically sourced and are made with the health of our bodies and the environment in mind.

The skin is our largest organ and we aren’t always aware of the ingredients in the products we use. I’m definitely not saying I only use clean products, however I’m trying to educate myself the products I’m consuming not just in my food, but on my face and body as well.
