Layering silk slip dresses has been my absolute favorite trend this season! In the summer I loved layering my silk slip with white tee’s and crop tops, but for the colder seasons I don’t think there is anything cuter than wearing a warm turtleneck or fuzzy sweater under a gorgeous silky slip! Slip dresses are perfect for the daytime or for going out at night. Slips have that sexy nighttime shape, and by layering them you really won’t get cold. The silver metallic slip I am wearing above is from the brand Amanda Uprichard. Amanda just came out with this exact slip in three amazing colors and lengths. If you couldn’t already tell I am completely obsessed with the over-the-knee Stuart Weitzman boots! The above boots are called the “Lowland” style, but there are really so many different styles to choose from. I got this pair last year on for my birthday… I know they are a bit pricy, but the Stuart Weitzman boots really are the best quality and last forever. The best thing about an over-the-knee boot is that they are very sliming for the leg. I have not seen anyone wearing a pair that I didn’t think looked fabulous! … Steve Madden, and Rebecca Minkoff have both made over-the-knee boots at a more affordable price :)
